Adobe Flash Player Square (I think it's not working)

I'm trying to watch a video with Adobe Flash Player Square on Internet Explorer 9 (64) and Internet Explorer 9 (normal)  and I get this message:

As you can see I have Adobe Flash Player Square Installed:

Am I doing anything wrong? I use Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Please help... Thank you!

    This just looks like the downloaded installer; have you actually run it?
