adobe flash player storage settings issue... ?

Hi All,

I am repeatedly denied access to BellFibeTv site - which I have always been able to access, I am a subscriber - with the recent error message:

"Flash Player currently blocks access to this application storage settings. Please configure your Flash Player with allow writing accesses to watch your content properly."

But when I check the Flash Player settings, it allows access to tv.bell.ca - what am I missing?

I am running Flash Player NPAPI plug-in version 31.0

I am on a Mac OS El Capitan

Using Firefox (Quantum 62)

Any ideas out there?
