Adobe Flash Player Trouble

Hello,

I am trying to watch a video on a school website. It tells me I need to install the newest version so I click the link and it tells me adobe is already part of windows 10 and I need to allow once which I do and nothing happens.

    Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers, but disables it by default.  The browser relies on the content's Flash detection scripts to notify the user to allow Flash for the content.  If this isn't happening, it's a content issue, not Flash Player, or browser,
