I am using OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.5 and I use Safari as my browser.  Not sure about 32 or 64 bit.  Where do I find that info?

That looks pretty current.  Either your CU is failing to correctly detect Flash (this seems unlikely if it worked in recent history), or a change in Safari has helpfully disabled Flash for you.

The following instructions might be useful:

    Enable Flash Player for Safari

You can confirm by going to a simple Flash site like the one below.  If you see animation, you're running Flash, it's just not being detected by the website, and they need to fix their code.

If that doesn't help, a fresh install of Flash Player might help Safari to find it again:

    Uninstall Flash Player - Mac:

Then grab a pristine installer from here:

If you're still stuck, let me know.  I'll get an email notification when you reply and will try and get you going.

22.0.0.192.  I was able to retrieve my e-statements before this version.
