There is no magic work around. Your company had 3 years to implement a new system. You could look into the "packaged browser" licensed by Harman - https://services.harman.com/partners/adobe . This is not a magic solution, but a temporary facility to creat a package you would need to deploy to yout customers.

After January 12, 2020, Flash Player is no longer going to load content from the open web.

As someone noted above, we announced in 2017 (along with all of the major browser vendors) that Flash Player and more generally, support for browser plugins was going away at the end of 2020.  Background: https://theblog.adobe.com/adobe-flash-update/

Long story short, you have roughly 30 days to eliminate the Flash dependency from your public facing website.  It's already the case that Flash Player is disabled by default in most browsers.  I have to imagine that at least some your customers must be experiencing significant friction when accessing your website.

I don't know anything about SAP or your SAP integration.  Your fastest path to success might be an emergency professional services engagement with them.  I have to imagine that they already have a solution for migrating customers to an experience that doesn't have Flash dependencies.  Given the rapidly approaching global holidays, you should probably make that call today.
