We have Windows XP SP3 with IE 6.0 browser, we had recently updated all the machines with new flash player 10.1.82.76 version. Tested the same with version 10.1.85.3 the same error occurs.  When we downgraded the Flashplayer with 10.1.53.64 version for testing the websites worked fine with no errors.

Default Flash player settings are used,  Can you please suggest any solution to fix this issues?

Regards,

Rajesh

I can see the videos fine with Firefox and IE8.  I can test tomorrow on a machine with IE6.

Meanwhile can you try if these actions will cure the problem

    • disable Hardware Acceleration (Flash Player Settings)
    • update the device drivers for your graphics/video/display adapter

    Sorry for delay in reply,

I had tried all the Adobe Flash General Settings (disabled - Enable Hardware Acceleration, Local Storage changed to unlimited) but also the same issue exists. Installed Mozilla Firefox 3.6.6 on the same machine it works fine without error. Tested it with IE 8, it works fiine.

Looks like issue is there only with IE 6 with Adobe Flash player ver 10.1.85.3 or 10.1.82.76.
