Adobe Flash Player was blocked because it is out of date. (Vista/Chrome)

However, it is not out of date.

In terms of error messages returned from a running program, this is a programming glitch.

If I am using the latest Flash Player download, such an error message should not appear.

    Hi,

    Please see staff's comments at cannot update Flash, Chrome on WinXP.  While this topic is for XP, the same applies to Vista.
