Adobe flash player won't install!!

I uninstalled adobe flash player due to video issues. Now it won't install. I have tried everything that is suggested. What am I doing wrong? My browser is Firefox on Windows 10. Thanks

When I click on your link "Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions" it gives me an error message "413 Header length too large".
