Adobe flash player - XP/Chrome

Help if You can do it .

1)    My control panel says :   NPAPI   Plug-in Version :  27.0.0.170

                                                PPAPI   Plug-in Version :  27.0.0.170

2)    and Adobe test  says  that one !

What  happens ?
