Adobe Flash Plug-in 2.0.0.209 For Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Pop up on screen required Updating plugin. Message appeared with two options on top right of screen    /Continue Blocking /

/Allow Update/.  There was no option on screen to close message and defer it to a later time nor a way to just close the screen.

This process was repeated several times after I tried signing into a site and every time it opened the request to update repeated as

is was in a loop mode.

I got a message that the install was completed and he looping still continued. Oddly it does not happen on all the sites and I might be at fault

as I did not do one of the instructions #2 "Complete all recommended updates before restarting your browser"  I did restart a browse of one site and each time I now try to open it the site opens and the message appears and knocks the site.

I could not find the download folder and locate Flash Player Installer file for FlashPlayer.exe  All this is compounded when without my permission Windows downloaded "10" and I am not a nerd nor a wizard.
