Adobe Flash requesting permission to store information on computer

Question

Hi,

Every time I try to play a video I am receiving this type of message that is in the center of the video. It doesn't seem like an official Adobe message so I am a little suspicious. Are you able to confirm if this is a legitimate error message?

I've got the same problem. It bodes ill that no one answered this in 2014. I am so sick of getting the run-around every time I seek help. Go to this site, update your password, confirm your password update, read this page of frequently asked questions and please don't look for actual help.
