Adobe Flash scroll too fast

Question

I use Adobe Flash to view my local newspaper but the scroll with my touchpad is way too sensitive.  A slight touch and the pages fly by.  I've tired this on 2 computers - Windows 10 and Windows 7.  And the mouse / touchpad settings do not seem to make any difference.  I noticed several complaints of this in the MAC discussions but noting on Windows. Does anyone have a solution for this?

This sounds like an issue with the viewing application that the newspaper is using and how it handles (or doesn't handle) touch input. My guess is that the newspaper viewer pre-dates touch support in Flash, and they're getting high-resolution input from the touchpad and assuming that it's being incorrectly interpreted by the content as a really fast mouse-wheel instead. This is most likely something that needs to be addressed at the content itself.
