Adobe Flash Update Error

Question

Hello! am relatively new to adobe, and i have two issues, i have files i need to view but they need adobe flash which is also out of date on my windows pc,i followed the steps found on this website [link removed] to update the post here is the link: [link removed] but i still can't have my files running and my pc has considerably lost power it's very slow now! I need this to work! Help !
