Adobe Flash - website requires it, my computer says I have it installed, website says it's not loading and I should install new version

I've joined a website that requires Adobe Flash.

It's installed on my computer. I've done the test.

But the website keeps telling me "Problem loading Adobe Flash plug-in. Download latest version".

What can I do?

Is the problem likely to be with Adobe Flash or with the website?
