Adobe Flash with ActiveX

I have successfully installed Adobe Flash 11.  Using Window7, IE9.  During the installation process, it was necessary to change my ie security settings and disable ActiveX filtering.  Now that my Flash is installed, can I return my security settings and ActiveX to their original settings without effecting the Flash function?

    If ActiveX filtering is checked, you will have to turn it off on a site by site basis in order to use ActiveX Flash Player.  Setting the Internet security zone level to High will stop Flash Player from working.
