Adobe Flash Works But Not at My House

Howdy!

I need to access Adobe Flash player for the site VIP KID.  Their site it out of Beijing, China so this could be part of the problem.  There's an interactive PPT that I have to pull up and I can access this when I'm at my church, but every time I try it at the house this is what happens...

- gray screen that sometimes says nothing

- box appears that says ALLOW or DENY (when I hit ALLOW and CLOSE nothing happens)

- a different box appears that says YOUR NETWORK IS NOT CONNECTED DO YOU WANT TO RELOAD (when I hit RELOAD nothing happens)

When I pull this same site up at my church it will pull up automatically and it takes about 2 seconds.  Thanks for your help!  ~ Whitney
