Adobe flasher player is on in advanced setting...unable to open homework - Windows 10/Edge

Question

HiI have OS version 1607 and I have checked that flash player is on, which it is. However, it will not load my child's homework. Any ideas how this can be resolved?[moderator: added OS/browser to title]
