Adobe is uptodate but not meeting requirements for Flash9 +

I'm using windows 10 so its integrated, I've uninstalled it to check and also did not do any difference still says it does not meet requirements, computer is up-to-date. I applied for a job @9795144 but they gave me 24 hours to resolve this issue and its been 13 hours. please adobe experts!!! help me.
