Adobe login issues

Hi, I am unable to update my adobe flash player. while updating it, one dialog is opening asking for user name and password which i am not getting what to do now. i tried to enter the adobe login details but fail to proceed further. further on that, i am unable to un-install this due to this login details issue. anyone if have any idea, please put your thoughts on this.
