Adobe not enabled?

I'm using a PC.

The browser I want to use is Microsoft Edge (Windows 10).

I followed the steps to enable flash player, (3 dots, settings, advanced settings, etc.), and even though it is enabled, flash player doesn't work on games or on the website (the cloud test picture). What can I do to get it to work?
