Adobe not working with All4

Question

Videos are not working on all4 with internet explorer e.g. Gap Year - On Demand - All 4 . An error message appears saying "This video requires Adobe Flash Player. To view this content you need to install or upgrade Adobe Flash Player." However, Adobe Flash player is installed, and I have checked it is enabled in 'manage add-ons'. I am able to view the animation at Flash Player Help.

I have flash player version 11.6.602 and Windows 8.

As of Windows 8, Microsoft embeds Flash Player for IE in the browser, and all updates are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Update. There are no separate Flash Player for IE installers for Windows 8 and above.

Note that Microsoft no longer supports Windows 8 and there are no more Flash Player for IE updates for Windows 8. To update to the latest version of Flash Player for IE you'll need to upgrade to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
