"is adobe being replaced with  HTML5" No. HTML5 is a different way to make games and animations. It doesn't make old Flash games work.

"and if so will it still work with our games on facebook" No.

"or is facebook trying to get rid of game players" Ask Facebook. I think the games are made by people outside Facebook. They've had 3 years to convert to HTML5, if they haven't, I guess they don't care that their game will stop.

"  if so will you support..." No, they won't.

"what can we as players do to not lose our games????" Nothing.  If the game's author can't be bothered to remake them, they will be lost.

Adobe is a worldwide company.  Adobe is not being replaced by anything.

Flash player will be discontinued soon. There's not much you can do about that.  If they haven't already, the game developers will need to migrate to other technologies or die from obsolescence.  King who makes the wildly popular Candy Crush and Soda Saga migrated their games from Flash to HTML5 about 2 years ago. They anticipated this was coming and planned accordingly.
