Adobe Runtime Software Distribution Licences - No Response

Hi,

I have requested a runtine software distribution licence for the following:

Adobe AIR

Flash Player

Reader

Shockwave Player

My last submission was on the 21st October and it has been well over 3 business days and still nothing from Adobe. I sent another request about a week and a half before that and nothing from that one either.

Please can someone advise if there is an issue/how long this will take to resolve?
