Adobe Shockwave Flash plugin (v 18) keeps crashing!

Question

I keep getting errors. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have checked for updates. I have restarted my system several times. I do not have multiple plugins installed (only one) and I have tried several browsers: Chrome, Edge and Firefox) all are affected as are my Windows 10 apps that use Flash.

Help! My not even month old laptop is barely functioning because of Shockwave and the fact that Adobe customer support doesn't take calls for this sort of thing is absurd.

You describe a problem with Flash, but then write "because of Shockwave": what is your problem with Shockwave Player? Do you even have it installed? What version?

You also write (regarding Flash Player) that you "do not have multiple plugins installed"; yet you use three different browsers that each require its own Flash plugin version.

Finally "I keep getting errors": what kind of errors?
