adobe storage box disabled

Whenever I try to save info the adobe "allow, don't allow" box pops up disabled. Changing the settings on chrome does not help since these changes do not affect pc. I use a microsoft surface 3 pro pc/tablet

When I click on the link it says that item does not exist or has been deleted. Microsoft surface 3, Windows 10, Internet explorer the problem is not on a web page but on a program I downloaded. The pop up window for flash storage is disabled. When I go to the browser (as instructed on othr forums) to set the unlimited storage data according to my real pc storage it does not save the changes on the program. Latest version.

Changing the Flash Player settings using the Native Control Panel (Control Panel > Flash Player > ... ) will not help for Chrome, because the player bundled with Chrome is encapsulated by that browser. It doesn't know about the other Flash Player installations, nor does Chrome allow it to read from the central configuration files.

You should be able to go here and change the settings:

Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Storage Settings Panel

If the box on that webpage is disabled, that's probably a third-party plugin (ad-blocker, anti-tracking, etc) or Chrome setting in play.

You can go here and check "Always Allowed To Run" for Flash Player, to see if that helps.
