Adobe TV not working Mac - any browser

Hi I have, in the past, been able to watch Adobe TV but recent attempts just give me a black screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Flash I have dleted and emptied all relevant data settings and caches, deleted everything in my local Library/Caches folder, reset Safari, allowed third party access through flash settings, restarted in safe mode,  etc etc and still getting a black screen ... any advice welcome please.
