Adobe Update

Question

I am trying to update to the Adobe 23.0.0.205 and when I try to download it asks for username and password which I put in, but it says they are not correct.   These ARE my username and password-----why won't it accept it and let me download?   Any way to get around this and download without putting in username and password?    I just need this update to do things like buy concert tickets etc!!!!

Hi,This is the operating system, not Flash Player, prompting for the username and password to make changes to your system. This is your computer's user name and password. See  for assistance.--Maria
