Adobe won't work anywhere else

I mean it won't load on my firefox either except videos

here is what it won't load on and they heavily rely on java and on adobe:

And They won't load like it worked fine before the update but now it's only youtube videos that work and not them

and I get the "Wait" spin on my mouse like the little loading spin but it never loads!

I meant my firefox won't work like one day it's perfectly fine the next it won't load anything! My chrome since I got this laptop hasn't been working that's why I have used my firefox, not it won't load anything except videos and I tried to revert to old versions and un-installing and re-installing and my friends said theirs work but mine doesn't

Flash Player is a built-in component of Chrome.  There's not an obvious reason for why Flash would have just died, but my guess is that the component got corrupted on disk.  The easiest solution is to just remove and reinstall Chrome.  You may want to sign into Chrome itself with your google account if you don't normally already, so that it can back up and restore your browser data to their servers before you do the uninstall.

It's also possible that changes to Chrome no longer allow the content to load on a particular website or websites.  Without a link to the affected content, it's hard to tell you whether or not that's the case.
