AdobeFlashPlayer_21 updated but doesn't work

Do you use multiple browsers? There are different versions of Flash Player for different browsers:

• ActiveX Control for Internet Explorer
• NPAPI plugin for Firefox, Safari, and other NPAPI-based browsers
• PPAPI plugin for Chrome, Opera, and other Chromium-based browsers.

If you use multiple browsers' it's possible Flash Player was updated for one, but not the other.

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button.  What is the resulting System Information?  Do this for all browsers you use.  Flash Player 21.0.0.242 is the latest version.  If you don't have this installed, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install the latest version.  If you use multiple browsers (as mentioned above) youll need to repeat this for all browsers.

If you do have the latest version, please provide the following:

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• Flash Player version
• Link to content displaying the behaviour
• If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot​
