AdobeFlashPlayer_25au_a_install

Question

Werde in letzter Zeit immer wieder aufgefordert eine neue Version von FlashPlayer herunter zu laden.

Im Download-Ordner befindet sich jeweils eine Datei "AdobeFlashPlayer_24au_a_install" bzw. seit geraumer Zeit "AdobeFlashPlayer_25au_a_install"

Öffne ich diese Datei & überprüfe die Herkunft der "Inntal Adobe Flash Player.app" via Webseite anzeigen, dann kommt die Nachricht "Page Does Not Exist".

Handelt es sich bei diesen "AdobeFlashPlayer_2xau_a_install-Dateien" malware (die Namen auf der webpage von Adobe sind jeweils AdobeFlashPlayer_23_a_install, AdobeFlashPlayer_24_a_install bzw. AdobeFlashPlayer_25_a_install) ?

Oder kann ich diese "AFP_2x_au_a_install"-Updates ohne Bedenken installieren?

It appears you have several installers for previous versions on your system. The current version of Flash Player is version 25.0.0.148, so anything with 24 or lower in the file name is old and most likely will not function correctly. To ensure you have the latest installer file, I recommended deleting all Flash Player installer files you have saved in your system and then delete them from the 'Trash' folder. Then launch Safari or Firefox and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the latest Flash Player installer. If you have OS X 10.11 or lower the file name will be similar to what you have posted (but it won't have 'au' in the file name). If you have macOS 10.12 the file name will be install_flash_player_osx.dmg.
