Question

"AFP 10.3 download did not pass integrity check 162103.304.450"

We have attempted to download AFP enumerable times on a Dell Inspiron with Win Vista 32 bit.

We have followed so many suggested methods to download and trouble shoot that I cannot remember... 15, 20 or more....

And yes, security/antivirus were always disabled, and adobe uninstaller was used to uninstall any older version(s).

We also attempted to download an older version of AFP with no luck.

WTF mate... we used to use flashplayer on this unit but after adobe and other updates were installed recently, AFP does not work and we cannot download it...

BTW...  no, restoring to an older SRP time does not work either.

Need help here badly...

Hi bdelapp, That error has to do with the DLM(download manager) and it sometimes causes a conflict and doesn't perform as it should.

Chris is correct in using the links he provided in his Post#3. This will bypass the DLM.

Hope you get it sorted out:-)

After it downloads, you'll need to locate the file and double click to install it.

I had the same problem. Heres my solution:

    1. Visit the following web page.

    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14266

    2. Download version 10.3.181.14

    3. Extract and open the folder navigating to fp_10.3.181.14_archive\10_3r181_14

    4. Run the installer flashplayer10_3r181_14_win.exe

    5. After the installation is complete, navigate to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and try again

    Hope this is of help

What URL are you using to download Flash Player?  Can you try doing it directly from:

    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

    Thanks,
    Chris

Can you tell what application is giving this error?  Does the error occur during the download or during the installation of Flash Player?  Here are the direct links to the files:

    Internet Explorer:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe

    All other browsers:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10.exe
