After Flash Player upgrade getting server error.

I need some assistance...  I have been tasked with trying to resolve an issue that has come up since upgrading Flash Payer from version 13.0.0.206 to any version more current.

The issue with with iDashboard and exporting data as a CVS file.  When I downgrade my Flash player back to 13.0.0.206, everything works fine.  If I use any version more current, I get the below error.

HTTP Status 500 -

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.5.17 logs.

Does anyone know where I might start looking to resolve this issue?  Something in Flash Player changed because any older version of Flash player works.  It's only an issue with Flash player that's more current then 13.0.0.206.

Thanks!!

Given that this thread is from 2014, I'm going to mark it resolved and lock it.  If you're experiencing similar issues with current versions of Flash Player, please start a new thread (we're on monthly release cycles, so 2014 is ~20 releases ago -- ancient history) and we'll be happy to help.

crabjoe‌,

This was fixed in a patched version of the iDashboards software.  You should reach out to the iDashboards support team to see about getting your software updated to a recent version that handles this issue.
