After the update.Can not play problem

Hello.

We've been using Flash player playing videos for years, as teaching materials in elementary schools. It usually packaged in CD-ROM, that teachers can watch both on the web or on local computers.

In the simplest way, we use html and js calls player with control bar(.swf file), and then load an outside txt file which contains the swf video file name.

It worked fine in every browsers on both windows and Linux OS, however because of the security issue, now the swf player cannot load txt files anymore while played on local computers.

We understand this issue in some computers can be resolved by adding local video folder into white list, but not every computer is OK after adding white list.

If there is any solution, that will be a really big help.
