After update 23.03.2016 chrome + flash There was a big problem.

In the live videotranslation (and using webcam emulator) on the site chaturbate.com encoding video resolution above 320x240 - fps becomes very small, 1-2fps.

flash player windows - brakes(lags)

If move mouse at flash player window - fps increasing 1-2 -> 5-6. Sometimes flash player crashing.

On encoding resolution 320x240 - all ok.

On old version chrome+flash(before 23.03.16) - all ok. after update - problem appears(begin). i test it.

On intel quad qore - i not see this problem.

On amd Fx-8xxx this problem actually.
