All Flash games are not saving

Hello, 

I am using the latest version of the Flash player and all progress on the games I play - on all sites, accounts (on the same pc) and browsers- are not saving. I made sure that the browsers I used didn't clear history or cookies on exit, and I also made the flash content limit "unlimited" for all sites. I also reinstalled Flash player and reinstalled the browsers. If it helps, the game data is wiped when I restart my computer. It's still there if I exit the browser and go back in. 

Please find a solution (I really want to play as much flash games as I can before it all goes in 2020)
