Hi,

So as the title says, all videos played on all Internet browsers failed to work.

I've tried on IE8, FF, and Google Chrome. They all freeze, then gives me a green screen or tells me that Adobe has crashed with a "Send crash report" button which I always click. Both IE and FF have SWF on it.

I am currently using a 64-bit Windows 7 computer.

List of Plugins for FF:
Adobe Acrobat v9.3.4.218

getPlusPlus for Adobe 16290 v1.6.2.90

Google Update v1.2.183.29

iTunes Application Detector v1.0.1.1

Java Deployment Toolkit v6.0.210.7

Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U21 v6.0.210.7

Move Streaming Media Player v717.1.0.2

Mozilla Default Plug-in v1.0.0.15

Pando Web Installer v2.1.0.0

QuickTime Plug-in v7.6.7

Shockwave Flash v10.1.82.76

Silverlight Plug-in v4.0.50826.0

VLC Multimedia Plug-in v1.0.3.0

Windows Live(R) Photo Gallery v14.0.8081.709

Yahoo! BrowserPlus Plugin v2.4.21.0

This has been going on since FP 10 came out. IE and Google Crome didn't have this problem until FP 10.1 came out. This is really irritating because even the advertisement on the sides will freeze the Internet browser and I'd have to restart it. I will post the Add-ons for IE if necessary. Thanks for the help!

Hi, The first thing I would do is go to this test site with FF, right click on the Flash logo, click on Settings, Display Settings and turn off the hardware acceleration feature, by UNchecking it.

See if that helps. If not, then I would start FF in safe mode. I think perhaps some of your add ons may be conflicting.

Let me know the results of the Safe Mode start.

    Thanks,

I don't see a link to anywhere. But when I try safe mode it does the exact same thing.

Hi, I forgot to give you the link to the test site, below. Be sure to test with each browser and I need to know if you can see the animation of the Flash logo and what version of Flash Player is listed.

    http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Did you turn off the hardware acceleration?

Since you have 3 browsers and they all are having issues and you listed the FF add ons we'll try to see what is conflicting with that browser first.

First I need to know what Anti-Virus program you are using and does it have it's own Firewall; if not do you use any Firewall other than Windows Firewall?

Do you have an extensions in FF? Do you have any plugins or add ons that pertain to your Anti-Virus in FF?

    Thanks,
