To get rid of it:

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\[your_login_name]
Open/create the file mm.cfg.
Add the following to the file:
SuppressDebuggerExceptionDialogs=1
Maybe you need to restart the browser

Thank you for posting. The other alternative, if you aren't a Flash developer, is to uninstall the debug version of Flash Player and reinstall the release version found at get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

I never installed the debug version.
