An error occured please try again later in youtube on my brand new laptop

Hello Guys,

I just brought a new laptop from flipkart - HP Core i3 (5th Gen) - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Free DOS) N8M18PA 15-AC122TU Notebook I installed genuine Windows 8.1 and now, when on any website I try to stream youtube I get an error "An error occured please try again later"  and the screen becomes greyish, but strangely on youtube all videos play well.. curious about that, is it an issue with my laptop or that specific site... to be specific I am trying to access videos on [link removed] but that same video plays well on youtube... is it an  issue with that specific site or my laptop... I am not that techie please help!!
