We have a lots of flash player files, some works, some does not.

We installed all flash player versions to open it, we could not.

We do not find reason of that. !When we play a file, just an opening screen appears and that'a all.

I tried to attach an example swf file. But i could not in this editor.

How can we find a solution? You should check a file out.

    Hi Maria,

    These files are hosted locally.

Actualy, we have same problem with previous version of Flash Player and tested these files with many versions by downloading it's versions on adobe.

For taking a look, I've downloaded (thanks for guiding) a file we have problem to play, it's link :

    https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/1c367ffe-df73-4f35-8ab3-9043f4d2f925 !

The files calls some .SWF files to play. All called files play normally. Since we could play that files, we could not reach others.

    Hiserhatb96512775 ,

Is the SWF file hosted locally or on a web server?  If the files are hosted locally see the 'Disabling local-with-filesystem access in Flash Player by default' section of the Release Notes Flash Player 23 AIR 23

The forums software only accepts screenshots.  To provide any other file format you can upload it to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded file.  Alternatively, you can use any other file hosting service that doesn't require user login to access.
