An option to use RAM instead of HDD for loading video

Question

If it is possible to add an option to load videos into RAM instead of HDD to reduce disk usage.

it will be optional and we can decide of the video will exceed a certain limit it will load to HDD automatically, so if anyone has not enough RAM can bypass the issue of high RAM load
