Android Flash Player Popup

I am having a site "http://androidmadness.net/" which is related to technology. I have some videos and games on that site and it require adobe flash player for opening. My question can I create a flash player popup on opening a page because my visitor always ask me that the video or game is not playing and then I have to answer each one individually to get adobe flash player first. Will that popup work on the site I mentioned
