Animated characters on Prezi

I am having the hardest time trying to add animations to my prezi account. I know how to the fade in but I'm talking about animated characters. Explosions, A train moving along a railroad. I want my presentation to look the absolute best. I've looked at so much online, I've even tried downloading sites and still nothing. I've been at it for 2 days now and I'm having lost hope. Please help me. I'm not very good with technology...especially computers.
