Annoying "phantom" clicking while using scroll
The problem is not so big, but a bit annoyng. I faced it a couple of weeks ago while was reisntallig stuff to my PC.
It appears on some videohosting like vk.com (actually russian version of facebook) where Abode Flash Player is used for plaing videos.
There was an option to control the volume bar by simply scrolling it back and forth (5% for a mousewheel click, range 0-100%) while video is on a fullscreen mode.
But i noticed that now while moving the mousewheel on 1 "click" forward or backward the sound changes, but also the video stops as if i leftclicked.
Also if u move cursor above the progressbar of the video and only use a scroll, it will behave like you are leftclicking.
I thought that smth wrong with my mouse, but on youtube.com everything is fine.
Also on other videhosting like online.anidub.com were several players, but there was 1 (10% volume change for a mousewheel click, 0-150% range), with the same features as on vk.com, but with 1 additional.
When you doubleclick while being in fullscreen it turns you back to page. So now if you wanna raise or lower volume by 10% it simply stops the video, and in case of 20% or more it turns you back from fullscreen to a page. Hovering over the prgressbar and mousewheeleing bug also works here.
Hope you can help with that issues.
OS: Windows 10 64bit

P.S. Sorry for not good English, used a lot of Google-translate from Russian ^^
Almost the same problem was described in here:
1) Bugreport 4158508 (unverified since 27.05.2016)
2) And here Mouse is selecting items when I scroll in Flash Player. (suprisingly closed)
