Annoying pop-up from IE security

How do I stop the pop up from IE security saying Adobe wants to operate outside protected mode.  It is very annoying to have to deal with it three to ten times for every page I visit. I have tried every solution I can find and nothing has worked.  I am using windows 7 on a pc.

    I've never had this occur with my IE installs, this definitely isn't a normal situation.  Can you give us the exact error message that you are getting?  A screenshot would be great too.
