Application Initialization Error

Hi,

Please provide the following information:

• Windows OS version
• Chrome version

For the failure to update via Google's Component Updater:  This is Google's update mechanism and you'll need to contact them for this failure.

For the Initialization error:  We'll need to review the installation log files to troubleshoot the error.  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows?  and provide all files listed (Adobe_ADM.log, Adobe_GDE.log, FlashInstall .log file(s)).

Upload the log files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
