Application Initialization Error

Hello Adobe I got a pop up on my computer to update my Adobe flash and when I went to download Adobe to update it says Application Initialization Error and I am not sure what to do. I have unistalled and tried it and it still says the same thing and I have tried so many things and nothing will work. And I am doing this on Google Chrome.

    Hi,

    Please provide the following details:

    1. Operating System you are using?

    2. Browser you are using? When you say you are doing this on Google Chrome, do you mean that the update pop-up you got was when you were viewing Flash Content on Chrome or any other browser?

    3. Could you share the link of the page from where you downloaded the updated version of Flash Player.

    4. Are you using a proxy server, or a web proxy tool (such as Charles Proxy, Wireshark, etc)?
