Application Intialization Error????

I am Running Windows 10

My Firefox and Chrome are latest and current as of this date.

I have heard that other programs are being made to replace Flash Player and Shockwave. It cant happen soon enough.

Everytime I try to download the update it stops before it startes with Application Int Error. Sooooo I deleted both figuring if I try to install from scratch. Same problem. So now I have neither on my system.

I closed and disabled all virus protection and malwear and even tried to install in safe mood. Nothing. Any ideas?
