Applied for Adobe Flash & Reader Distribution License with no response

Question

Good Morning!I applied to distribute adobe flash & reader over a month ago, and again last week, and have yet to receive any response.  What's the next step here?

Hi,Please private message me the name and email address used to request the distribution agreement. To send a private message, click on my user name link and then click on the 'Message' button link. Note that public email addresses (e.g. hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) are not allowed. If you used one of these you'll need to re-apply using your organization's email address.--Maria
