Applied for distribution license

Question

I applied for a distribution license for Flash and other products over ten business days ago and still have not received it via e-mail. I have check my spam filters every day in hope, but I am still waiting.

You have applied using the public email address, which is not allowed. Please resubmit using the company email id. After submitting the form you should receive an email within 2-3 business days with the link to the download page. If you do not receive the email after 3 days, post back here and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
