Applied for distribution license but received no response.

Question

I applied for a distribution license for Flash Player and Adobe Reader DC over a month ago and again last week but have not received any response or download link. There have been no emails from noreply@adobe.com.

Hi,Please PM me the name and email address used to apply for the license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team. Please note that public email addresses (e.g. hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) are not allowed. If you applied using one of these email addresses, the license would have been denied (an email would have been sent out) and you will need to re-apply with a non-public (business/organization) email address.--Maria
